INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT POLICY

1. PLACING AN ORDER
- Customers shall be responsible for making sure if the goods are allowed to be
imported into a country in which they reside. Certain items may be unavailable for international shipping. - The minimum order value for international shipment is 2,000JPY. - Any special orders, such as goods that are made in accordance with particular instructions or requirements to the workshop,
will be sent after we have received full payment of the goods.

2. PACKAGING OF GOODS
- The goods may be shipped separately if and when the items are oversized,
overweight or under any other circumstances.

3. AFTER PACKAGING OF GOODS
- Small goods will be shipped via e-packet (trucking service and an insurance option is available),
bows will be via DHL only, and other goods will be via EMS, FedEx, or DHL. We do not send any goods by postal mail.

4. BEFORE SHIPPING
- Strict declaration of the value of goods is required.
Any requests to undervalue the goods shall be rejected.
* Invoice with actual purchase price will be included on the shipping package.

5. IN CASE OF REPAIR; SHIPPING OF REPAIRED GOODS
- The value of repaired goods shall adhere to the current market price of the goods.
- Invoice with current market price shall be included on the shipping package.
Also, insurance claim shall be based on the value of the goods shown on the invoice.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
- Customers shall conduct any procedures relating to customs, duties,
and taxes. It is the customers’ responsibility to claim tax exemption or to pay the bill from the customs.
- For any questions about total amount of tax or other applicable charges,
customers shall ask the customs or local carrier.

7. AFTER SHIPPING
- Once the goods are delivered to the imported country, at this point,
customers shall be responsible for contacting the carrier about any inquiries
or any requests relating to the delivery of the goods.
