Glove

Kake KML-004 3 Fingers Chuto Sambuberi (hard wrist)
This glove, made of deer skin and worn on the right hand, is important to shoot the bow correctly.
The string is set on a groove at the base of the thumb.
In order to correctly fit the Kake to your hand, a photo image of your right hand is needed.

Shita-gake KSU-002 GIFT 3 Fingers (regular length) S, M, L
This is worn under a kake to prevent sweat or body oil from touching the kake directly.
It is sized (S, M, L) according to the size of the kake.

A cloth bag to store the kake.
Giriko GRP-001 Pine resin powder, 15g
Resin powder that is rubbed over the thumb of the glove to keep the fingers from slipping off.

Carbon fiber bows 		Traditionally, a kyudo bow is composed of a bamboo and wood laminate core surrounded by wood and bamboo. However, we strongly recommend that beginners start with a glass fiber or carbon fiber bow due to the fact that they are easier to care for and are more durable than a traditional bamboo bow.
Proper length is according to your draw lenght. In order to decide your draw length, extend your left arm and measure from the center of your chest to the tip of the middle finger and refer to the chart.

A practice top worn in the dojo. The modern standard is for kyudo archers
under the rank of yondan to wear a Keiko-gi in practice while higher ranked persons wear a kimono.
However, because a kimono is expensive, a Keiko-gi is often worn during practice by
higher ranked individuals as well.

Hakama HKM-001 A divided skirt. Men wear black.
In order to determine the Hakama size, open your legs in the shooting position
and measure from the hip bone to ankle.

A cloth belt. Men usually do not wear red.
